While Wok n Roll is dedicated to supporting the importance of consuming quality and healthy food, we believe that this is not enough. We want to deliver greater transparency to the quality and safety of our food by providing meaningful and accurate information on the ingredients and products we use in our kitchen.

Our products come from farmers and ranchers dedicated to applying the best animal breeding methods and vegetable production practices to ensure outstanding products that are of the highest quality and meet the international food safety standards. Our aim is to support both local and global farmers who work hard to protect the environment and human health.
MEAT & POULTRY
Black Angus Beef
The Black Angus Beef is the world’s finest beef breed, renowned for its superior flavour and tenderness. Our Black Angus brand comes from carefully selected and certified farmers and ranchers in Ireland and guarantees to give an excellent high quality eating experience.
Health Benefits: Beef is an excellent source of protein. Nutrients found in beef — protein, zinc, phosphorus and iron — contribute to optimal growth, red blood cell development and preventing iron deficiency.
Our chicken is sourced from local certified farmers who breed their chickens to higher welfare standards with sufficient space to move around freely. This stress free environment together with breeding methods that are salt and preservative-free ensures an outstanding chicken product.
Health Benefits: Chicken is a very good source of lean, low fat protein and an important source of vitamins and minerals, such as selenium, phosphorous, zinc, Vitamin E, Vitamins B6 and B12.
We partner with local farms and other producers who use the freshest and highest quality feed ingredients in order to help pigs grow healthy and produce pork that is healthy and nutritional.
Health Benefits: Pork is a rich source of proteins, while being about as lean as chicken. It contains various minerals and vitamins (thiamin, niacin, B6 and B12) that contribute to a variety of body functions, including metabolism and energy production.
We import our duck from German producers who participate in the IFS (International Food Standard) certification systems and implement production processes that are proper to the animal without the use of medicine.
Health Benefits: Duck meat is a good source minerals and vitamins, including protein, niacin, phosphorus, iron, zinc, vitamin B-6 and B-12. Duck meat, however, is relatively high in fat and cholesterol, and should therefore be consumed in moderation.
DHA Omega 3 Eggs
We supply our kitchen with fresh eggs that are locally produced from hens that live in optimal hygienic conditions and are fed with natural food containing algae, a source of DHA omega-3 fatty acid.
Health Benefits: Omega-3 fatty acids, and in particular DHA, are thought to provide a wide range of health benefits, including proper brain function, a lower risk of heart disease and improvement of cholesterol levels.
FISH & SEAFOOD
Label Rouge Scottish Salmon
Produced to the specifications of Label Rouge, a prestigious quality mark granted by the French Ministry of Agriculture to products demonstrating superior quality and taste, our Scottish origin salmon comes from feed that is composed entirely of products of marine origin, vegetable materials, vitamins and carotenoids.
Health Benefits: Salmon is rich in polyunsaturated Omega-3 fatty acids that help lower cholesterol levels and blood pressure, and contribute to the development and function of the brain and the nervous system.
We source our sea bass directly from a specific local farm proven to produce some of the finest quality sea bass in the region. It is fed with sustainable fish feeds that are free from antibiotics, GMO ingredients, hormones and animal proteins that guarantees excellent quality and high nutritional value.
Health Benefits: Sea bass is low in total fat and an excellent source of Omega-3 fatty acids. It also provides magnesium and potassium and is rich in vitamin B-6.
We receive our yellowfin tuna from selected international suppliers who work closely with sustainable fish farms that fish out the product from the open sea and are subject to quality control by specialized processors. The product reaches our kitchen vacuum packed which helps improve its quality and prevent it from contamination.
Health Benefits: Tuna is an excellent source of Omega-3 fatty acids that are associated with cardiovascular benefits. It also contains manganese, zinc, vitamin C and selenium – the antioxidants that are known as major boosters of the immune system.
Stevia is a plant species that produces a sweet substance called steviozi. This substance has greater sweetening power than sugar and almost zero caloric value. It is widely used as a sugar substitute because it does not contain carbohydrates and therefore does not affect the blood glucose levels.
Health Benefits: Stevia has a very low caloric value and is rich in vitamins A and B, magnesium, calcium, potassium, phosphorus and iron. It is an excellent choice for people who follow a healthy diet and for people with diabetes
