Our chefs at Wok n Roll employ healthy cooking methods and utilize healthy fats to ensure that all products and ingredients reaching your plate retain their best nutritional value and vitamins. Here’s how we get the maximum vitamins and nutrition out of the food you eat.

Sous-Vide

Sous-vide is a method of cooking in which food is vacuum-sealed and slow-cooked in water at regulated low temperatures. This cooking method, ideal for cooking proteins, intensifies the natural flavours and preserves the nutritional quality, ensuring that all vitamins and minerals are not lost.

Stir Fry

This is a Chinese cooking technique in which ingredients are fried in a small amount of oil at high temperatures to quickly sear the food. Ingredients cooked more quickly and thus exposed to heat for a shorter time retain more nutrients and much less oil, while preserving their colour and texture.

Homemade Sauces and Dressings

All our sauces and dressings are made fresh in-house to control the amount of salt and sugar that is added to your meals.

Homemade Recipes

All our recipes are inspired and developed by our in-house chefs who use their taste sensations of sweet, bitter, sour, salty and umani (a Japanese word for a pleasant savory taste) to create the perfect mixture of ingredients and get the exact taste they need.
